Adam Roth is the architect of the most impressive and renowned coworker engagement program in the staffing industry. As a result, Roth Staffing Companies became the only organization in 2013 to win all four of the most prestigious honors in its industry and did so for two consecutive years.
There are 17,000 staffing companies operating in the United States. Only five were selected by Staffing Industry Analysts as “Best Staffing Firms to Work For” in the large company category. Only a total of four staffing companies were named “Best Staffing Firms to Temp For.” Less than 1% of staffing firms were awarded “Best of Staffing® – Client Satisfaction” and “Best of Staffing® – Talent Satisfaction” honors; even fewer were awarded both. And only Roth Staffing received all four of these prominent honors.
Aside from industry accolades, Roth also was named one of Achiever’s “50 Most Engaged Workplaces in the U.S.” and received a “Best Place to Work” honor from the 2013 Best in Biz Awards.

In 2013, he became a regular guest-host of the VoiceAmerica Internet radio program “A Great Place to Work” alongside Curt Coffman, author of First, Break All the Rules and Follow This Path.

“From the Heart” is an intricate coworker engagement program which includes the first ever 9/80 Flex Schedule available in the staffing industry, quarterly community volunteer hours, gym membership at choice of facility, and more. Adam also launched the company’s Purpose :full charity initiative in 2013 with a companywide goal to raise 1 Million Meals for the No Kid Hungry® campaign. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Adam Roth manages the day-to-day operations of Roth Staffing Companies. Adam joined Roth Staffing and established the Adams & Martin Group legal staffing business line, managing it as President for four years. Adam then served as Chief Administrative Officer of Roth Staffing Companies for three years, overseeing several corporate departments while continuing to manage the Adams & Martin Group business line.
In 2008, he assumed the role of President & COO at the age of 27 and has since become an expert at engaging the hearts and minds of Coworkers. He is the primary person responsible for the company’s engagement program and sales excellence initiatives.
