Pazanga Health Communications began working with Alpha-Stim at the end of 2022, and our Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager Sarah Bricker led the way to immediately get the client setup with an entirely new social media marketing strategy that went live in January 2023. The strategy included Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter, and involved content and campaigns directed at healthcare practitioners and potential consumers (patients).
Sarah developed and exectuted a brand-new social media marketing strategy for the Alpha-Stim social media channels, as well as developed all the post and ad copy, creative, new content for social channels (including the co-branded influencer marketing content), and personally tracked, analyzed, and optimized campaigns bi-weekly with testing each month and quarter. She developed new brand, lead-gen, prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns to acheive the client's goals to drive more B2B and B2C sales, while simulataneously driving their organic social media presence to MOM improvements in impressions, engagements, and link clicks with a very small buget in play.
She was also able to develop the brand's online community throughout the year, and by the Q3/Q4 time period, was handling comments from both patients and providers raving about the product. This allowed her to also further testimonial and validation content for the brand. Since Q3, the brand receives mulitple comments weekly across all channels that we engage with on behalf of the brand to drive further brand mention and content opportunities.
Collectively, Sarah's social media management of Alpha-Stim within our agency has led to the follwing incredible increases and results for the brand:
- 3.43 million impressions (1,902% YOY improvement)
- 125k+ engagements (1,325% YOY improvement)
- 70,400+ link clicks (3,000% YOY improvement)

- Event socail strategy with pre-, live-, and post-event content and boosting strategy for both the brand and staff, to amplify attention for Alpha-Stim booths, speakers, and devices at critical industry events
- Paid campaigns for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn targeting prospective patients and healthcare practitioners in the United States. This was a large campaign developed from scratch to acheive the following goals: (1) Build brand awareness in the United States; (2) Increase visibility and educate healthcare practitioners to expand network of Alpha-Stim providers; (3) Capture potential patients to convert to direct-to-consumer sales; (4) Develop a highly engaged audience to organically converse about the brand online (both B2B and B2C); (5) Drive quality traffic to the website to drive downard funnel conversions; (6) Drive telehealth appointments (patients); (7) Drive leads and shop-actions by new healthcare practitioners (who may purchase mulitple devices in one sitting); and (8) Create a highly-engaged online community to organically support brand mentions and market presence.
- Micro campaigns developed from Q2-Q4 focused on adaptions of the brand messaging theme "Take Charge" including the insomina campaign "Take Back Your Nights", holiday campaign "Take Back Your Happy Holidays" / "Take Back Your Family Memories" and recent Q1 2024 theme of "Take Charge of Your Life."
