    Since its 1998 founding, OutSolve developed expertise in Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs' (OFCCP) regulatory requirements and audit support, compensation practices, state pay reporting, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO-1/VETS) reporting/training and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) consulting services.

    OutSolve first embarked on its aggressive acquisition strategy in 2017. However, the partnership it forged in late 2022 with private equity firm, The Riverside Company, served as a catalyst in propelling the Company into its next stage of growth.

    With 15 acquisitions under its belt, OutSolve has become the fastest-growing organization in HR compliance solutions. OutSolve achieved its growth not only through many strategic acquisitions but also by forging key industry partnerships and expanding service offerings, all of which, in turn, help its clients expand their compliance adherence efforts and capabilities.
