It includes features and functions that are based on the user population, such as:
- Dynamically displays contract content categories, based on user's access level and displays translated and/or localized contracts based on user’s browser language preferences and from where the user is geographically located when accesses IBM Terms.
- Terms Advisor (a chatbot) is infused with artificial intelligence (AI), which provides information on documents and navigation support to content, where responses can be translated into multiple languages.
- A subscription feature allows users to be informed by email of changes to published standard contracts and accessible by the user's role.

- Sellers have direct access to all standard transaction documents, without the need to generate at time of transaction, standard transaction documents, which are always readily available.
- Intelligent workflows which enable efficient collaboration amongst various internal business functions involved in the contract development and deployment process (drafting, approvals, localization, translation, publishing…).
- Dynamic reporting providing statistics on document access, document enablement and status of intelligent workflows involving deployment, localization, translation, and publishing.
