We have included several important and thoughtful features to assist IT organizations with providing the best possible service. Here are just a few of them:

Our Self-Service Portal has received a modern redesign which fosters a user-friendly approach and new supporting functionality such as Collaboration and Knowledge Base Solution Suggestions.

    • The Collaboration feature allows end users and managers to be invited to work on tickets together with others which ensures tighter integration of teams on large initiatives.
    • When submitting tickets, end users are automatically provided possible solutions from the knowledge base to help resolve issues immediately.

The Technician Portal also got a major facelift and tons of enhancements such as Following, Favorites, and various communication improvements that help IT stay up to date more easily.

    • Personnel can now mark tickets and other items as followed and automatically get updated on meaningful events.
    • You can now designate chosen items as favorites for easy access later on so you never lose sight of what’s important.
    • Technician and end user messaging has been brought to the forefront with pinning and major readability improvements.

Lastly, we’ve implemented single sign-on to allow IT organizations to facilitate simple, fast and secure logins.

    • Full support was added to allow for third-party authentication using Microsoft Office 365, Okta, and a slew of others.
  5. If you are providing written answers for your submission, you must provide an answer to this third question: Outline the market performance, critical reception, and customer satisfaction with the product or service to date. State monetary or unit sales figures to date, if possible, and how they compare to expectations or past performance. Provide links to laudatory product or service reviews. Include some customer testimonials, if applicable (up to 350 words):

We are a privately held company so publishing actual sales numbers isn’t possible, but Alloy Software’s overall sales are at an 11-year high, up 263% from 2019 and climbing. The 2021 year isn’t finished yet.

Needless to say, our customers have been very impressed by our solutions and our company as a whole. You can find a recent case study called ‘Alloy Software Helps North Cumbria Overcome IT Challenges of COVID-19' here - https://www.alloysoftware.com/case-study/north-cumbria/ which includes the following testimony:

“Alloy Software and all of the people we’ve worked with over the years have consistently gone above and beyond for us. The level of service we’ve received is exceptional.  As the COVID-19 situation escalated, Alloy Software anticipated our staffing needs and immediately provided us with unlimited licensing at no cost so that we could focus on what truly mattered during the crisis.

We couldn’t be happier with the results we’ve had using Alloy Navigator and each release continues to provide us with more and more value, and Alloy responds to our feature requests with either something that matches our need or the promise to try and incorporate it in future releases.

Alloy Navigator is an excellent and configurable, fully inclusive IT management tool with strong ITIL principles, and it gives us everything we need to be effective. Year after year, the solution continues to provide value and grow with us as we evolve as an organization. “- David Atkinson, an IT Specialist in Digital Healthcare at NCIC.”

  6. You have the option to answer this final question: Reference any attachments of supporting materials throughout this nomination and how they provide evidence of the claims you have made in this nomination (up to 250 words):
