ReadyWorks transforms the way IT programs, including IT asset lifecycle management (ITALM), are managed.

Unlike legacy infrastructure management tools, which create data silos and introduce risk into IT programs, ReadyWorks connects to and orchestrates all these tools. It analyzes information about the entire IT estate – endpoints, users, applications, and all their interdependencies – defines the rules for change, and uses AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation to implement those changes. ReadyWorks provides IT teams with a holistic view of the environment, how future changes will impact that environment, and how and when those changes should be made so that users and business operations are not adversely impacted.

ReadyWorks combines four core components critical to IT program success in one command and control platform to orchestrate existing infrastructure management tools.

    1. Data Integration: ReadyWorks connects to IT and business systems and leverages AI to clean and normalize critical program data, providing an accurate, real-time view of the entire IT estate in a single pane of glass. ReadyWorks shows which physical and virtual assets are being used, who is using them, where they are located, and all the interdependencies. ReadyWorks reduces the risk of “bad data” and costly errors while eliminating thousands of hours spent manually compiling information from multiple sources on static spreadsheets.
    2. Analysis and Planning: ReadyWorks then uses this data to analyze program risk and automate planning. ReadyWorks identifies whether or not program readiness criteria have been met and then automatically adds assets to the migration plan.
    3. Orchestration: ReadyWorks conducts workflow execution for both systems and people, eliminating 50% or more of manual tasks, including communication with end users and stakeholders, data attestation, scheduling, task assignment, and program execution.
    4. Visualization: ReadyWorks assesses risk and reports on project completion in real time, providing full-transparency into program status for all stakeholders.
  5. If you are providing written answers for your submission, you must provide an answer to this third question: Outline the market performance, critical reception, and customer satisfaction with the product or service to date. State monetary or unit sales figures to date, if possible, and how they compare to expectations or past performance. Provide links to laudatory product or service reviews. Include some customer testimonials, if applicable (up to 350 words):

    Customer Success Examples:

    1)     Maintaining a Cutting-edge Innovation Center with ReadyWorks

One of the top five investment banks maintains an innovation center dedicated to internal testing of emerging technologies. The team that maintains the center is responsible for hosting and maintaining the assets being tested. The team must have complete visibility into the location of all devices and parts and who is using them at all times. They must monitor usage, recover assets when projects end, ensure hardware is disposed of securely, and maintain up-to-date audit trails. Failure to track and record the history of these assets can result in security breaches and millions of dollars in fines.

Prior to ReadyWorks, the team managed its asset lifecycle program with a mountain of spreadsheets that were difficult to track and out of date quickly. In addition, staff needed to be on site for assets to be checked in and out of inventory. Using ReadyWorks, the team automated the entire asset lifecycle management process.

    Business outcomes include:

    • $60M in fines avoided
    • $500K+ saved annually
    • Comprehensive, real-time view of assets
    • Reduction of on-site support

    [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION]

To meet security and regulatory compliance requirements, [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] needed to migrate nearly 20,000 endpoints to Windows 10.  With the information they needed about these endpoints, users, and the applications running on them siloed in disparate systems, it was difficult to get a clear picture of their environment to determine migration readiness. They needed to see which applications were in use and application owners, then determine if the applications were mission critical and compatible with Windows 10 to create a migration plan that minimized the risk of business disruption.

Readyworks was critical in pulling together and analyzing this information and helping them manage thousands of moving parts including end-user communications, scheduling, and workflow execution.  ReadyWorks helped them avoid any surprises that would have completely derailed their transformation program and disrupted operations.

    Business outcomes include:

    • Accurate application and device inventory.
    • Reduced security and compliance exposure.
    • 2000 hours of manual effort eliminated.
    • Fully automated Windows servicing solution.
