    2007 was a year of phenomenal growth for Omniture. In 2007, the company added 
    more than 2600 customers, bringing the total to approximately 4,400 customers.
    Many of these customer additions came as a result of increased sales and
    Omniture’s four acquisitions in 2007 of: Instadia, Touch Clarity, Offermatica
    and Visual Sciences. Omniture currently has 14 offices worldwide including:
    Utah, San Diego, Virginia, San Francisco, United Kingdom, France, Germany,
    Denmark, Sweden, Japan, China, Korea, Singapore and Australia. Omniture
    customers include some of the most well-known and respected brands in the
    world including: AOL, eBay, GM, Hewlett Packard, MSNShopping, Sears, Time and
    Wal-Mart—along with some newly acquired customers during the most recent year
    including: Disney, Alaska Air Group, Borders Group, Digg.com, eToys Direct,
    Hammacher Schlemmer, InfoSpace, LastMinuteTravel.com, Nikon, Roger’s Media,
    Spark Networks, The Weather Channel; and internationally, Adversitement, Casio
    Electronics Co, Ltd., Danske Bank, EF-Education First, Recruit Co., Ltd.,

    Omniture continues to raise the bar for this industry, exemplifying thought
    leadership and displaying technological expertise with the release of several
    major product offerings including: SiteCatalyst 14, SearchCenter 3 and
    Test&Target. The company’s award-winning suite of online business
    optimization services allows companies to capture, store and analyze
    information generated by their Web site. This information is then used to
    enhance marketing and sales initiatives, measure trends and measure consumer
    behavior in real-time—thus having a positive effect on the bottom line.

    Today, Omniture manages over 2.25 petabytes of data for its customers—far
    outpacing the competition. The company not only offers best-in-class

    2006. Revenue for 2006 was $79.2 million. According to market research firm
    IDC, Omniture grew at more than three times the rate of the overall market for
    Web analytics, significantly outpacing its competitors. Omniture has grown
    from 350 employees last year to more than 1000 employees today.

    Joshua James has been the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Omniture 
    since 1998. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. James co-founded and co-managed several
    entities that were predecessors to Omniture. Mr. James also served on the
    Brigham Young University eBusiness Advisory Board, is a Silver Founder of the
    BYU Center for Entrepreneurship, and served as the Chairman of former Utah
    State Governor Leavitt's Utah Silicon Valley Alliance Entrepreneur Committee.
    He has lectured for numerous university classes and served on several other
    industry, advisory and private company boards. Mr. James attended Brigham
    Young University.
