        YouSendIt, the leading Web-based secure digital file delivery company, has
experienced exceptional growth in the past year, with expected 2010 revenue of
approximately $24 million, up 60 percent from 2009 revenues of more than $15
million.

        Between 2007 and 2009 YouSendIt saw 1,231 percent revenue growth, and the
company is on track to continue this phenomenal revenue expansion in 2011.
YouSendIt was the recipient of a number of awards in 2010 that lauded the
company’s rapid revenue growth, including the Deloitte Fast Technology 500, the
Inc. 500 and the Silicon Valley Business Journal Fastest Growing Companies awards.
Additionally, YouSendIt also was listed as the sixth-fastest-growing company in

2010, the company had 14.7 million registered users and 287,000 paying subscribers.

of new features in the last year, such as a suite of enterprise management
services for corporate users,that enables organizations to securely integrate
YouSendIt’s file transfer services into their managed environments. It also
launched a mobile application for BlackBerry, adding to an already established

their mobile device.

        As CEO of YouSendIt, Ivan Koon manages the company’s core operations, business
growth strategy and key partnerships. Koon transformed the company from an
ad-based model to a subscription-based model and helped solidify YouSendIt’s
leadership in the secure-managed-file transfer industry. He has more than 20
years of operational and management success. Prior to leading YouSendIt, Koon
was a senior vice president of the Adobe Acrobat Intelligent Document business
unit, where he more than doubled Acrobat’s revenue in less than three years.
While there, he also created an Enterprise Document LifeCycle Server business
that grew to more than $100 million in revenue.
