Jeff Lininger joined Xevant in 2021 as the Chief Operating Officer before becoming President of the company in 2022. He plays a pivotal role in scaling and building the company for growth as he oversees multiple areas, including operations, human resources, finance, technology, security and compliance, product development, and quality assurance.
Prior to joining Xevant, Jeff led multiple small and mid-sized healthcare and financial technology organizations through significantly reorganizing operating models and establishing strategic priorities. Since his first day at Xevant, Jeff has brought forth his expertise and laser focus to become a maverick for positive change and growth.
Among Jeff's notable achievements in the last two years is the introduction of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which has proven to be crucial in influencing and tracking key metrics for startups. Under Jeff's direction, Xevant has become equipped to address issues head-on by identifying, discussing, and solving these challenges in a safe and entrusted team space. He previously experienced successful outcomes when implementing the EOS model at other organizations, further demonstrating his ability to bring about positive change in diverse environments.
Jeff prioritizes tracking the right metrics - after all, these measures are vital to understanding the company's performance and progress - both internally and for investors, customers, and other stakeholders. Upon joining Xevant, he ensured that metrics were being monitored weekly in critical areas such as revenue, sales, customer satisfaction, employee recognition, data & IT processes, coding, and security. Metrics and data have the power to tell a story, and because of the systems he has implemented, the team is able to identify and correct issues in an efficient, productive manner.
Implementing processes and systems that directly impact the company's performance is clearly a passion of Jeff's, but he also strongly values the people who make up the organization, and their engagement and development.
Jeff was instrumental in establishing five core values for Xevant that each embody "the Power of We" - a concept engrained in the company's culture that emphasizes working together, listening to one another, and using each person's strengths and talents to achieve success as a collective whole. The core values are: We Care, We Innovate, We Thrive, We Deliver, and We Win. The intent behind these values is not only to represent Xevant's mission and the qualities embodies by its people, but also to inform how the company hires, fires, rewards, and recognizes individuals.
Driven by the company's core values, Jeff has recruited and built new leadership and functional teams across multiple departments. The success of these transformations has contributed to a culture of increased accountability and empowerment, resulting in significant improvements to employee engagement and overall business performance.
A true maverick understands that prioritizing short-term goals and planning for the future must happen consecutively to position a company for continued and long-term success. Under Jeff's leadership, every department at Xevant develops quarterly 'rocks' - these are 90-day goals centered around the company's most timely issues. For the long-term, he spearheaded the development of Xevant's 10-year target and focused mission to positively impact 100 million lives (and just 1.5 years in, the team is already more than halfway there).
Jeff came in at a critical time to positively shape Xevant's direction and growth, and he has certainly done that with implementations that have led to improved processes for every single employee and department. His contributions allow Xevant to be more innovative with its product and more attentive to its customers. He has fostered an environment where challenging the status quo through healthy discourse is encouraged, issues are taken far beyond surface level conversations, and actionable solutions are taken with clear accountability. Jeff's strategies, actions, and leadership have brought forth positive change throughout the entire company; he is truly a maverick by every definition.
