    Briefly describe this entry’s communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 100 words):

        This campaign was formulated to make employees aware of the new idea management
        tool that was developed to harness the creative thinking within the company.
        The tool allows employees across the globe to enter their ideas which are then
        considered by the Global New Products department, which, if developed and
        launched, would help drive the division's growth. An awareness campaign was
        undertaken to introduce the tool and establish the "Brain Sparks" brand. 141
        ideas were submitted by employees not typically involved in innovation or
        marketing.  Of these, six were considered to have significant sales potential
        and were presented to Senior management.
