With Webex Events Onsite, event planners can have all of their badging requirements fulfilled by a single vendor. Our on-demand badge printing feature saves valuable time by streamlining the entire check-in process to just 3-5 seconds per attendee. The hardware is shipped directly to and from the planner’s venue, and shipment tracking is provided for every step.
Webex Events Onsite allows planners to completely brand check-in screens and badges with custom backgrounds, logos, colors, and more. For a contactless check-in experience, attendees can check-in using a QR code.
For even faster badge printing, planners can choose our fast-track and print feature which saves 2-3 seconds per attendee. Conditional logic facilitates multiple badge options from one simple design, and our query builder also allows you to easily implement complex badge logic.
Our solution is designed for events of all types and sizes, from community gatherings to large-scale conferences with over 25,000 attendees. With real-time metrics, attendance tracking, and secure payment processing, we provide a complete solution for event organizers.
