Among the biggest industry challenges Aerrabolu witnessed, since assuming ownership of Tek Leaders, was attracting/retaining talent and maintaining steady revenue stream for the health of the company. This ongoing recruitment strategy strengthened Tek Leaders’ market-leading position in 2021, resulting in - on average - eight years of current employee retention.
Known for his insatiable appetite for new ideas, the ability to convert possibilities into opportunities and an unrelenting drive for success, through his creative mindset, deep dedication and persistent leadership style, Aerrabolu continues to set his goals higher.
