A key objective of the Integrated Annual Report FY 2021-22 themed ‘On course for better’, was to showcase how Tata Consumer Products continued to make significant progress across the company’s strategic priorities amidst a challenging year.
Throughout the report, we showcased progress from the prism of TCP’s strategic priorities and ensured the narrative was engaging and easily comprehensible with stories incorporating case studies, key statistics, and visual representation via infographics to highlight the impact and the outcomes of the initiatives undertaken by the company.
To ensure that our stakeholders acquire a robust and holistic understanding of TCP, we provided detailed yet interesting insights on ‘how’ things are done, while going beyond updating with facts or ‘what’ it is. We took this approach to reinforce our attempt at being transparent and making our stakeholders a part of our journey. The report provided a detailed view of our strategy, governance, and performance, and how they work in tandem to create value over the short, medium and long term for our stakeholders.
Sustainability is a key strategic priority for us and an important parameter for stakeholders when they evaluate a company. To address this, we included detailed sections on Value Creation and Materiality.
