Most Starwood Vacation Ownership properties follow a mixed-use model, which
means there is an adjacent hotel property to the vacation ownership property
on St. John. It is important that we create an effective touch-point piece to
help attract the visiting hotel guest and entice them to inquire about
vacation ownership possibilities. The In-room Brochure does just that with an
overview of the property and just enough educational information to guide the
guest to find out more at the marketing desk. The In-room Brochure is placed
in all hotel rooms at The Westin St. John Resort, to educate and excite
potential Owners about Westin Vacation Ownership and the many benefits of
ownership.
