ABA’s inaugural recipient of the Stevie Award for America’s “Best Sales Organization” was Marriott Vacation Club International.  However, this “BEST” Company has earned it’s reputation as #1 because of the incredible talent that comprise it  - specifically our sales force that now numbers more than 1200 strong around the globe. Without question, one individual stands out as the pinnacle performer of the BEST Sales Organization: STAN LEWIS.

Best Customer Service:  Stan has a huge impact upon customers who buy the MVCI product to fulfill a lifetime of vacation dreams.  His owners rely upon him from the initial sales presentation throughout their lifetime. This customer-to-sales professional relationship is invaluable. Therefore, it is extensively measured.  Our Sales professionals are rated overall each period on 5 separate categories: friendliness, knowledge, credibility, professionalism and confidence.  Career-to-date, Stan has scored 100% in every category!  This is unmatched in the company.  To maintain this level of consistent customer service over 10-year career, in combination with his financial performance, is absolutely incredible.  

Best Team Player:  Stan’s most amazing aspect is the manner in which he has achieved his great success.   He is the most committed, hardest working team member within our record-breaking sales organization. But Stan does not only want to break his own personal records, but rather help the entire team and company reach its potential.  Stan actively shares his sales expertise through dozens of trainings he conducts. His role does not require or financially reward him to assist peers, but he does so…often and with exceptional impact upon them.  He spends countless hours one-on-one with his comrades.   He does whatever it takes to reach his potential while also greatly helping the entire team maximize its success.  This does not go unnoticed by his peers.  He is a 4 time recipient of the MVCI Award of Excellence, MVCI’s highest site award. Best Financial Performance:  Stan is currently #1 in our division for career sales volume with over $33 Million in weekly interval vacation ownership shares and he has sold more weeks than any sales executive in the history of MVCI.  In 2005, he achieved his highest annual volume ever with over $5 million sold! His average VPG (sales volume divided by number of sales presentations) was 449% better than the company average while his closing percentage (number of families that buy divided by number of sales presentations) was 470% better.

Most importantly, Stan never loses focus of the reason MVCI exists – to match the needs of families with our vacation ownership products.
