Rootstock Cloud ERP, the #1 Manufacturing ERP on the Salesforce Platform, launched two new updates in 2022:
On June 13, 2022, Rootstock Software announced enhancements to its Manufacturing Cloud ERP Solution. The updates were aimed at meeting the needs of manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain organizations during times of inflation, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, remote and hybrid work, and post-COVID challenges.
The updates expanded Rootstock’s ERP capabilities, enriched users’ experience, and more fully leveraged the capabilities of the Salesforce Platform on which Rootstock ERP is built. The enhancements included:

IMPROVED DEMAND PLANNING. Rootstock engages with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud to enable more precise demand planning. With added connectivity between Rootstock Service and Salesforce Field Service, customers benefit from a continuous, real-time exchange between sales, service, finance, and operations. Visibility across these departments ensures that buyers and planners can proactively procure adequate supplies to meet ongoing product demand.

LEVERAGING EINSTEIN AI AND NLP FOR IMPROVED EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE. With the tight labor market, manufacturers want an ERP that makes everyday tasks easier on their workers. With enhanced use of Einstein AI with Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities, customers can now deliver next-gen experiences for employees. Here’s one example: the platform has always driven Google-like searches across company data, but now with NLP, employee queries are much richer, and AI returns more options inferred by search terms. On November 15, 2022, Rootstock Manufacturing Cloud ERP launched Digital Supplier Collaboration as part of its Fall ‘22 Release. Central to this product update was the new supplier request-for-quote (RFQ) feature, which enables manufacturers to foster more resilient supply chains.
Supply chain disruptions are the new normal. Facing increased volatility, manufacturers need to be able to receive timely digital signals, so they can oversee their ‘plan-source-make-deliver’ cycles.
