    Retention.com products were initially created in 2019 and since 2021 they have coalesced into a platform that continues to evolve, with the most recent changes going live in November 2022. For the specific suite of products mentioned below (all part of our current platform) the features have become live since Jan 1, 2021.

We help clients identify abandoned-cart and browse-abandonment shoppers and convert them into loyal customers by leveraging existing marketing and automation flows, which can 10x abandonment revenue alone. We also help businesses refresh stale sending lists in order to reactivate dormant customers. 

    Abandoned cart emails are the most valuable emails by orders of magnitude. eCommerce businesses can only send abandoned cart emails if that person is logged into their Shopify site; Retention.com’s Reclaim can identify those shoppers and allow businesses to send significantly more abandoned cart emails.

    98% of website visitors leave without submitting an email address. Retention.com’s Resolve allows businesses to capture more browse abandonment traffic for those who do not submit an email address while shopping.

    Retention.com’s Reactivate helps businesses clean dormant email lists and identify active users as well as known spam traps in order to safely re-engage the active segment of an unengaged email list.

    Meta/Facebook ad retargeting has become less effective overall and has made retargeting more expensive and challenging with increasingly shrinking (and expiring) audiences. With Retention.com’s Meta Persistent Audience tool, clients can push a much bigger audience of high-intent prospects that were on their website into Facebook to create more effective retargeting advertising campaigns.
