The Health Care Interpreter Network Video showcases a solution that created
Video/Voice Over IP Call Centers to give access to trained, low-cost
interpreter services. By using either mobile video conferencing units or
ordinary telephone equipment, participating providers access the Video/Voice
Over IP Call Center interpreter services throughout the multi-hospital system. 
Quest partnered with Cisco and Paras and Associates to engineer the design that
supports several California hospitals and can be installed in any multi-lingual
environment. The video raises awareness about Limited English Proficiency
client needs and provides an affordable, easily implemented solution that can
bring organizations into compliance with government directives.
