As a trading and investing educator, the use of a charting and execution platform (CliK) is essential to delivering hands-on, skill-based learning. These platforms are complex and for some the learning curve is steeper than for others. When an instructor must walk around the room to observe and identify which students are keeping pace and which ones are falling behind, it can be time-consuming and inevitably frustrating for some students who are unable to keep up or grasp a concept or technique. With Stratos, the instructor can see on-screen where each student is at with a particular lesson or skill and either work with them independently to move them forward, catch them up, help them to complete the step or task or reintroduce the demonstration if several students are impacted, simply by resetting their instance of the templated activity. This allows instructors to manage class time more effectively and focus on where help is really needed.
The foundation of our education is called Core Strategy which is based on analyzing institutional order flow. CliK delivers the tools to analyze and help the student make informed decisions while managing risk…and now Stratos gives every student a learning experience where they can gain confidence in the technology that is essential for any trader to participate actively in the markets.
Stratos is a new product introduced to our students on January 3, 2022. The application of this product is designed specifically to work with CliK, our proprietary education, trading, and analysis tool. However, the Stratos technology can be applied to train users on how to use any complex software in a hands-on environment without a need for multiple display screens. Computer driven applications are prevalent in today’s world. While the applications are expansive in their capabilities and functionality, many such applications do suffer from the drawback of having a steep learning curve in order to be an effective and efficient user of the application or to otherwise benefit from many of the available features. In fact, many users of these relatively complex applications may never get to the point where they can leverage the true power of the application due to the inherent complexity and difficulty in learning how to use and access various features. Imagine being an instructor where 1/3 of the students have accomplished the tasks, 1/3 have jumped ahead to the next lesson and the other 1/3 have a blank screen. Provides interactive capabilities in connection with an immersive online teaching environment with respect to learning to use computer-based applications. Can also be used for in-person learning. In either modality it helps guide students and keep them on pace with the instruction and that of the other participants in class.
Offers cloud-based access for a single instructor to work effectively and efficiently with many students to enable skill-based learning. (e.g., an instructor can easily see how many students are at each step in the process and control their experience)
Unlike traditional screen or desktop sharing, Stratos can capture the user platform screen without installing or running screen sharing applications. The instructor can control various aspects of the student’s user interface to manage or demonstrate a single student’s application or interactively assist multiple students, as needed. The instructor can push content to one or many students as prescribed in real-time. (e.g., using powerful messaging of videos, documents, audio clips, diagrams, photos, and animations)

Reception: With CliK, students learn a step-by-step strategy to place trades in the markets. In the past, half of students would get confused/lost in the demo and would give up, but since using Stratos, nearly 100% have finished the CliK Lab during the Preview aiding sales conversion. Preview students are usually novices and often have never touched a charting or execution tool.
Wilbur S., a Preview Presenter, feels Stratos helps him systematize his CliK Lab. It reduced the amount of individual attention that he gave in class. The whole class runs smoother since they don’t have to wait while he helps one student catch up. Stratos is like a Command Center, where he has full control over the CliK Lab. CliK is a complex piece of financial software and Stratos has simplified the students’ ability to learn it by helping them go step-by-step when learning with an instructor. Many students say that they are not good with computers, so Stratos made it easy to see the power of CliK.
