    For more than 45 years, Charles Fina, executive vice president and George Fina, 
    president of Michael C. Fina have worked together to successfully propel
    Michael C. Fina from a 50 employee, local New York company to become the
    fastest growing employee recognition corporation in North America with over 350
    employees. Under the leadership of the 2nd generation Finas, Michael C. Fina
    offers a variety of programs to celebrate the employee; early employee
    engagement, years of service, achievement awards, retirement awards, peer-to-
    peer recognition as well as safety programs for all industries. As brothers and
    best friends, the two collaborate on all business decisions.

    Their motto, “Our goal isn’t to be the biggest, it’s to be the best,” is
    integrated in everything they do and is captured in the Michael C. Fina company
    culture. Their ability to find and train the greatest talent enables them to

    With over 40 years experience, George Fina, has created thousands of tailored 
    employee awards solutions. He specializes in sourcing product, merchandising
    new programs and inventory control.

    A graduate of Baruch College with a degree in business management, George is a
    leading expert on antique silverware. He has dedicated his entire career to
    helping companies provide a positive workplace where employees can reach their
    goals and feel genuinely appreciated in the process.

    An industry expert in jewelry and gemology, George oversees the merchandising
    and sourcing of all jewelry products, and travels the world to bring the best
    quality jewelry to its recognition programs.

    Charles is intimately involved in the design, architecture and implementation
    of all operations. Improving quality, increasing efficiency, and providing
    superior customer service are elements in which he designs every system and
    procedure. Charles works directly with Michael C. Fina's Integrated Business
    Solutions Group, designing the company's most complex and intricate recognition
    solutions.

    A graduate of Hofstra University with a degree in business management, Charles
    proudly boasts that he's only had one job in his life, demonstrating his life-
    long commitment to the family business.
