Maloney & Fox (M&F), a Waggener Edstrom company, worked with Microsoft to
conceive an original, visually inspiring “Human Billboard” featuring aerialist
performing against an 80-foot wall in New York to form the Microsoft logos with
choreographed movement and vibrantly colored flags. Managing a team of 2
producers, 2 technical directors, 16 aerialist performers, 6 banner
installation riggers, 13 performance riggers, 2 building engineers, numerous
audio/visual technicians, 2 city permit expediters, caterers, 3 security
guards, a choreographer, and battling the elements of wind, precipitation and
temperature. M&F’s singular vision delivered a 10-minute performance that
proved to be the iconic visual for the launch of Windows Vista; the visual that
Microsoft had been seeking and that M&F successfully delivered. URL provided
