    The pandemic was the great reset of the hospitality industry and now the industry is changing more than ever before. Technology is being used at a record high rate for not only guest facing facets, but also for back-office processes to streamline operational and financial processes.

    Over the past year, hoteliers have seen tremendous value in implementing back-office technology, as they help to lower operational costs, and increase overall efficiency and accuracy. M3 has onboarded nearly 600 hotels onto its platform since January 2022, providing hoteliers with the ability to bring multiple data points into one platform, enabling them to have an accurate financial and operational snapshot across multiple hotels.

    Within the last year, M3 has enhanced products, implemented further mobile capability with product offerings, expanded partnerships to further streamline back-office processes for hoteliers, fostered employee growth through educational and growth programs, and helped the local community and the world at large by helping launch HospitalityforPeace.org.
