    LUDWIG+ was born out of necessity by marketing visionary Barbara Yolles Ludwig. After rebranding two multi-billion-dollar mortgage lenders, she was faced with laying off the world-class marketing team she had built due to an acquisition. This was a carpe diem moment. As a former Chief Growth Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of two famous ad agencies –  McCann and Campbell Ewald --  Barbara spun off the team and created LUDWIG+.  Her former employer (TMS) became her client…along with 20+ other new clients who came knocking on the start-up’s door. Bringing together the prowess of the corporate world business prowess with the the creative and strategic firepower of world-class ad agencies, a new concept was born – a brand actualization and business acceleration company.  L+ opened its doors with 15 people and under $1MM in revenue.  Today, L+ is comprised of 50+ people and 20+ clients across industries – fintech, autotech, retail, packaged goods among others.

    LUDWIG+ (L+) goes beyond typical advertising agencies, it’s a brand actualization and business acceleration company.  Since January 1, 2020, L+ has grown 600% in revenue and 50+ team members. A point of distinction and source of pride is that L+ represents less than 1% of ad agencies on the planet that are woman owned.  As a 2+ year start-up, L+ has attracted 20+ clients, generated up to 10X revenue growth for each of its clients – from retail to healthcare, packaged goods to autotech, and a fintech practice that has attracted 4 of the top ten lenders in America and the one of the first SEC-backed crypto-currency ETF Futures. Two L+ clients were acquired due to L+ rebranding, including taking the largest cancer network from bankruptcy to a $1.5B global acquisition. Other achievements include 20+ performance marketing awards, 2020 Bronze Stevie Company of the Year and CEO of the Year, as well as other industry accolades. L+ is larger than 80% of ad agencies. CEO Barbara Yolles Ludwig is often interviewed and featured in publications including FORBES, ADVERTISING AGE, AND MEDIA POST, as well as a regular on podcast shows touting the LUDWIG+ unique mission, culture and InsideOut brand transformation process.

    L+ is one of less than 1% of woman-owned agencies on the planet.  67% of L+ employees are women. L+ passed $10MM in revenue with a profit margin double the typical industry average. Industry associations 4As and SoDA recognize L+ as larger than 80% of agencies on the planet. Unlike most ad agencies who work with brands from the outside in, LUDWIG+ works from the INSIDEOUT. As former CMOs, CSOs and CEOs, L+ understands the importance of speed to market and accelerating business growth.  L+ has rebranded companies in under 90 days (normally take companies 12 months) and has reframed entire categories. From articulating mission and vision, to brand platforms…all the way down to a billing statement or call script, LUDWIG+ ignites companies with an INSIDEOUT approach creating an internal rallying cry that resonates to its extrenal audiences driving meaningful growth.  In mortgage, L+ rebranded four of the top ten lenders – and created a cornerstone mortgage practice.
