INTOO USA is one of the leading providers of career transition and career development solutions. We launched a program specifically for higher education institutions in the first quarter of 2021. Our solution is the only of its kind to include a digital platform with built-in, on-demand career coaching to help students achieve their goals of taking a meaningful first step in their careers. As a virtual career center, this solution has proven vital since the pandemic as on-campus resources have become less accessible.
The platform includes curated assessments and guides tailored to all experience levels, a video interview practice tool including 200+ questions spanning industries, resume and cover letter builders, and more, plus 150,000+ online courses from educational content providers edX, Coursera, and Udemy.
This resource-rich platform also includes on-demand career coaching so that students can get assistance with any job search-related question at the click of a button, via audio, text, or video chat. Coaches can review students’ resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles, help them prepare with mock interviews, offer guidance on networking and job search strategies, provide salary negotiation tactics and professional branding tips, and more. They also help direct students to the resources on the platform that would be most beneficial, including which of the online courses available might help them acquire the skills needed for the job they want.
INTOO’s on-demand career coaches include internationally certified career counselors, career management fellows, and professional resume writers. They’ve also developed numerous career development programs and courses now widely used by some of the top colleges and universities and have experience servicing a diverse range of individuals in multiple languages and supporting candidates with disabilities.
