At InnovateMR, it is a core goal and mission to promote the well-being of our team. The team’s newly released InnovateYou is a wellness program that hosts guest speakers and instructors that focus on physical, emotional, and financial health, with an emphasis on happiness and professional growth and provide our team with a more holistic approach to eudemonia. Guest speakers include DEI professionals, meditation experts, nutritionists, yoga instructors, therapists, and our very own employees. Employee experts have covered topics ranging from vision mapping to writing workshops. InnovateYou is a great way to keep our global team engaged and feeling their best, providing them with an array of alternatives to promote wellness in their personal and professional lives.
The InnovateYou wellness program at InnovateMR also offers a comprehensive suite of health and wellness activities that promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our team. InnovateYou focuses on creating a supportive and engaging experience to help employees stay healthy and productive. In addition, InnovateYou’s educational resources and fun social activities help our team stay connected and engaged.
InnovateYou’s Monthly Events include bi-weekly, companywide emails for Wellness Wednesday’s that provide tips on how to improve physical, mental, emotional and/or financial wellness and Friday Forward emails that are focused on leadership development.
InnovateYou's monthly Gatheround employee engagement activity selects 10 employees from various departments to participate in interactive games for an hour to have the opportunity to know each other on a deeper level in a fun way.
InnovateYou’s monthly featured event for February was a Working Parent Panel Discussion where a group of our working parents answered questions about their experience of being a working parent. These events are inclusive and available for all employees to attend and provide insight into the different dynamics and lifestyles led by our team.

Here are some presentations from our employee experts.
The first was a writing workshop hosted by our Marketing and Brand Strategy Manager, Molly Strawn, which highlighted the importance of writing and how to enhance your professional writing skills. The interactive exercises in this presentation allowed our team to freely write about a work-related and personal topic. This demonstrated how easy it is to get into a flow state with writing and that it is as easy as putting pen to paper.
The second InnovateYou presentation, EnvisionU , presented by our Manager of Global Bid Management, Melissa Geathers, discussed personal vision statements and took a dive into our own mission statement, and core values here at InnovateMR. This presentation discussed the importance of aligning your personal vision with the business vision to help drive both personal and professional success in your life. There was a mind mapping and vision statement writing exercise that dove into intention and goal setting and exposed our team to the importance of setting day-to-day goals so that they can align their actions to achieving the success they desire.
