Tell the story about what this nominated woman has achieved since January 1 2018 (up to 650 words). Describe the impact she has had on your organization and/or industry. Focus on specific accomplishments, and relate these accomplishments to past performance or industry norms.

Founder and President of I Am Enough, LLC, Marisa Peer dedicates her life to empowering people to have greater self-esteem. Having grown up with her own insecurities around not feeling good enough and watching many of her friends and colleagues suffer from anorexia and bulimia, Marisa discovered a way to help them overcome their issues using the power of neuroplasticity to create lasting change. Marisa has spent over 30 years honing and refining neuroplasticity and now teaches her method to Doctors, mental health workers and school teachers working with depressed anxious, underachieving children. As a therapist, Marisa has personally worked with thousands of people worldwide - stressed single parents, infertile couples, drug addicts, autistic children, CEO’s, Hollywood actors and members of the Royal family - helping them all to live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Gil Boyne, the world’s authority on hypnotherapy and CEO and Chairman Emeritus of Hypnotism Training Institute of Los Angeles says, “Marisa is one of a few in history to have had a profound impact on the field of hypnotherapy. She made the field of hypnotherapy/psychotherapy into something greater than it had ever been. Her brilliance goes far beyond her early instinctive recognition and integrates many of the most profound insights in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. What has emerged is an incredible effectiveness and is one of a few in history to have had a profound impact on the field of therapy.”

Utilizing her knowledge of neuroplasticity, Marisa pioneered a new therapy method Rapid Transformational Therapy™ (RTT™) which is heralded as the new standard in therapy. It is different from other traditional therapy techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and talk therapy because it achieves profound and lasting results for some clients in as little as a single session. One of only a handful of women in history to create her own therapy , Marisa’s unique RTT™ methodology was created after spending years analyzing her most profound cases and stunning turnarounds.

Having achieved globally validated results for clients, RTT™ has received accreditation in the US, UK, Ireland, New Zealand and Australia including the National Council of Psychotherapists, the American Board of Hypnotherapy, the Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists, International Council of Psychotherapists and the International Association of Counselors and Therapists.

In addition to helping people overcome fears, addictions, and phobias, as a single mother, Marisa knew that she wanted people, particularly women, to have careers that allowed them the freedom to operate a business from home while supporting their families. In 2018 Marisa personally trained nearly 1500 students from the US, Canada, Europe, South America, South Africa, UAE, Australia and New Zealand in the RTT™ methodology.

More than 2,700 people became certified RTT™ approved therapists. Through our graduates, RTT™ has already transformed the lives of more than 200,000 patients across 5 continents and 57 countries in its first 18 months in the market, generating more than $20,000,000 in revenue for our students committed to the extraordinary work of Rapid Transformational Therapy™.

With a background in child psychology and passion for the emotional wellbeing of children, throughout her career, Marisa has worked tirelessly on behalf of children. In Zimbabwe, she partnered with clients to help fund an orphanage to pay for the children’s education. After seeing the far-reaching and devastating impact of bullying in America, with 20% of all US students reporting being bullied, Marisa was committed to using her tools to make a difference. In 2018, Marisa launched a free anti-bullying program to be brought into schools. The program is being beta tested in schools and students are already seeing results in their self-esteem and academic performance by using these life changing RTT™ skills to increase their self confidence and self worth. This work impacts not only those who have been victims of bullying, it also helps the bullies.
