Dr. Hilton Goldstein, the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Hilton Software, is the driving force behind the company’s innovation. Dr. Goldstein combined his love for flying and passion for excellence to provide a foundation of the company culture and exacting details required of Aero App’s importance within the United States Department of Defense. Dr. Goldstein’s consistent dedication to innovation has resulted in the award of several patents such as Patent 20,070,112,517 “System and method for coordinate mapping onto airport diagrams”, Patent 10,473,484 “System and method for mapping aircraft position on a non-linear flight procedure chart”, and the recently awarded Patent 11,885,623 “System and method for mapping a position on a non-linear navigational chart”. This technology opened an entirely new capability in aviation situational awareness focusing on the safety of pilots. Dr. Goldstein’s commitment to innovative solutions helped the company secure a new contract with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Dr. Goldstein developed an architecture powered by a highly efficient terrain-processing algorithm to introduce accurate safe altitude calculations based on surrounding terrain and vertical obstacles on mobile devices.
Devina Sibal, the Director of Hilton Software's Quality Assurance Department, leads a team of highly skilled professionals who strive to achieve any goal Devina sets for them. An integral part of Aero App’s process is cloud data validation as it is a critical step to ensuring reliable data dissemination to the Air Force, Navy, Army, Marines, Government Foreign Partners, and other users. Devina ensures that our QA team follows procedures to ensure that the distribution of our data and software is reliable and continually improving. Under Devina’s guidance, Hilton Software achieved and maintained the AS9100 Rev D certification, a superset of ISO9001, and excels further through continual quality management system improvements. Her QA Team is very dedicated and often finds data errors in both DOD and FAA data. This adds a layer of safety and arguably has saved many lives.
Karla Rivera is the Executive Assistant to Dr. Hilton Goldstein and Government Liaison. Karla supports Dr. Goldstein and Devina by ensuring that the managers focus on critical tasks and improve their efficiency. Karla is dedicated and focused. She plays an overarching role to ensure excellent communication with our Government partners and is key in writing winning proposals. Moreover, during disasters such as flooding, hurricanes, Karla seamlessly coordinates operations within the company to ensure that appropriate and timely charts are delivered to Search and rescue crews. These efforts have saved hundreds of lives.
With Dr. Goldstein’s leadership, this Team is dedicated and focused, on ensuring that the company is on track to deliver high quality software and data, that we listen to the flight crews and integrate suggestions into the system, that we find Safety of Navigation errors and communicate them with DOD and FAA.
