James R. Clement (Jim) is the Executive Vice President of HeiTech Services,
Inc., a solutions-driven government contracting firm that specializes in

Headquartered in Landover, MD, HeiTech Services provides technical and
operational support to twelve federal agencies located across seven states and
in Washington, DC. As Executive Vice President, Jim leads the company’s
strategic growth efforts and manages the corporate support operations.
Jim’s strong work ethic and desire to move the business to new heights has been
a major driving force in company’s recent explosive growth. Under his
leadership, the company has experienced exponential growth in terms of employee
count, revenue, corporate office space and regional presence. Over the last
three years, HeiTech Services has grown from nearly 200 to more than 500
employees. The firm successfully doubled its annual revenue in each of two
consecutive years, increasing from $10.7 million in 2007 to close 2009 with
revenues that top $41 million.
In 2007, HeiTech Services relocated its corporate offices Landover, Maryland. At
the time, the company’s office space spanned a little over 11,000 square feet.
In two subsequent expansions, HeiTech Services expanded its primary office
space, located on the building’s sixth floor, and added a ground floor suite to
occupy more than 18,000 square feet. In late 2009, the company secured an
additional 5,100 square feet that was recently occupied, increasing its
corporate office space by nearly 30 percent, distinguishing the company as
building’s largest tenant.
Since 2007, HeiTech Services has grown regionally, as well. Although the
majority of HeiTech Services’ employees still reside within the Washington D.C
metropolitan area, including Maryland and Virginia, the company has expanded its
employee base across an additional five (5) states. HeiTech Services added
