    Grace Hill’s Vision LMS is the real estate industry’s best in class training solution. Grace Hill utilizes a SaaS platform, which is a model for delivering software applications over the internet, rather than installing and maintaining software on individual computers or servers. In the multifamily industry, SaaS can be particularly beneficial, offering property management solutions, leasing automation, tenant screening services, and more, all accessible through a web browser. Because of this, Grace Hill’s Vision LMS platform enhancements are launched continuously and in real time without the need for new “versions.”
