    For over 75 years, Simonton’s award-winning vinyl windows and doors have helped consumers reframe the way they look at their homes. Following a series of in-depth marketing and brand studies and stakeholder interviews, a new strategy was developed for the Simonton brand.
    The research served as a roadmap from which our team rebuilt the Simonton positioning platform from the ground up—defining ownable attributes, key messaging, and points of differentiation as they relate to the brand’s two primary audiences: builders/contractors and homeowners.
    The refreshed positioning was brought to life through a robust new visual brand system and rolled out across every facet of the brand including the website. The website was redesigned to better align the online experience with the new brand positioning.
    The overarching goal of the site is to build awareness and preference for the Simonton doors and windows brand among homeowners and trade professionals by educating the consumer/customer, driving engagement, and increasing purchase intent.
    Simonton.com was rebuilt from the ground up to create an improved user experience with streamlined content that delivers on the revised positioning: “Impressive inside and out.” Messaging and imagery were tailored to our key audiences.

    Site enhancements include:

    • Entirely new user experience with a focus on homeowners and professional/contractors and their different user journeys
    • Redesigned site architecture to provide intuitive navigation and flow, making it easier for users to find the information they need
    • Compelling brand story on why to choose Simonton
    • Dramatic new look in line with the new brand positioning
    • Compelling new video and photography introduced throughout the site to provide inspiration and better product visualization for the user
    • Representation of Simonton’s full line of product offerings presented consistently throughout, with clearer, more compelling copy
    • Easily compare products to find the best solution based on color, pricing, hardware options and styling
    • Geolocation so the users only see products available in their area (East coast/West coast distribution)
    • “Get Started” section helps the homeowner on their buying journey with tips and advice
    • Brand new window and door finder tool helps homeowners find their perfect window
    • More relevant content informs the window and door buying process with easier to find how-to video content
    • “How to buy” offers users a choice to find the best option for them and serves up the closest contractors or retail stores in their area
    • Improved support section and new interactive replacement parts tool
    • Improved “For Pros” section with faster access to most frequently used resources
    • AA-level compliance
    • Increased conversion opportunities
    • Improved site speed and load times
    • Integration with DAM for easier asset management
    • Vastly improved search functionality
    • Improved navigation and optimization for all device types

    The site officially launched in January of 2023 and we have already seen improved conversion rates and increased interest in Simonton product and service offerings.
