Cisco Live leveraged audience, consumer, and industry insights to craft targeted experiences emphasizing education, inspiration, and fun. The event incorporated data from age group, industry, and account segment priorities to create bespoke experiences that resonated with each audience. Utilizing a strategic framework, the team developed a cohesive experience for attendees of all types, whether new to Cisco Live, early-in-career, or returning participants of our NetVet alumni program.
Let’s Go, the event theme, was the core concept for Cisco Live 2023. An ideal rallying cry for Cisco’s vision for the future, Let’s Go encouraged customers and partners to embrace change, take risks, and push boundaries to create a better world. Cisco Live 2023 fostered joy – the joy of joining in – with intentional experiences that drove engagement and brought the theme to life in meaningful ways.
To create a truly meaningful experience, one that brings Cisco’s technology strategy to life, the program team built out what is called the “Trifecta Approach” – essentially one showcase customer story, experienced in three unique ways.
