Using an interactive multimedia approach, this course explores the Army
civilian supervisor's roles and responsibilities for employee safety and
examines how supervisors support the Army Safety Program. The course draws
learners in immediately with a 3D simulation of a realistic workplace
accident. The course uses additional 3D scenarios throughout the content
presentation, asking learners to react to a variety of safety situations, and
providing feedback that establishes the applicable supervisory
responsibilities. This course presentation simulates the real-life decision-
making that occurs when supervisors face unsafe or unhealthy workplace
situations, and reinforces desired performance.
