    As the Director of Product Management for BMC Software’s Innovation Labs, Jennifer Glenski oversees the development and execution of product strategies to drive growth and solve real-world customer problems. Jennifer has been instrumental to the success of key new product initiatives over the past year at BMC. With over a decade of experience, Jennifer is also an advisor to an AI startup in healthcare products and part-time faculty at Georgia Tech. 

    Jennifer guides global, cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market and is a recognized leader in the industry. In 2022, she was honored with AFCEA’s 40 Under 40 Award for significant contributions in a technical field through innovation, and the global Women in Tech Network Community Award for her exceptional leadership skills. Prior to joining BMC, Jennifer was the AI and Machine Learning Practice Lead for IntelliDyne, where she managed technical product development programs and advised clients on digital transformations in the federal sector. Jennifer holds a master’s degree in Analytics from Georgia Tech, and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

    Jennifer is a global product leader responsible for launching the latest technology products and innovations for large enterprises. She is currently leading the development of a new DataOps product for large enterprises to capture increased revenue and savings by transforming their data operations. Her team recently released the alpha version and is on track to launch the full product [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION].

    Earlier in 2022, Jennifer led the product development of Smart Display, a smart, touch-screen interface that adds machine learning and AI-driven support to network and data operations on transportation owned by the federal government.

    In 2021, she also led the development of a Natural Language Processing (NLP)-driven product to rapidly analyze millions of research papers. This tool is used to help advance medical research in oncology, mental health, and more.     Jennifer has made significant contributions in developing technical, novel products to advance customer’s use of technology to solve their largest challenges.     The goal of the Smart Display product is a reduction in lives lost due to system failures on transportation [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] by using AI to predict potential system degradation and suggest the best mitigation. This is a significant step towards autonomous fleets and technology that translates to other industries.

    Jennifer’s NLP Toolset product contributed towards advancing medical research in cancer, mental health, and more. Her novel design embedding AI into a configurable, automated workflow allowed users [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] to gain valuable insights into funding future research to improve health outcomes. She also completed it in 9 months, faster than similar sized development projects that take other teams 1-2 years.

    Jennifer started her career in analytics and transitioned into product development to help customers solve ever evolving technical challenges. Prior to joining BMC as Director of Product Management in 2022, she was the AI and ML Practice Lead at IntelliDyne. From 2016-2022, Jennifer contributed significantly to the growth and expansion of IntelliDyne’s nascent advanced analytics practice into AI/ML products and services. Launching new products comes with its own challenges of competition for resources and the need for growth to justify the investment. When met with resistance, Jennifer is adept at effectively communicating the value of new solutions to customers to drive adoption.

    Additionally, she is frequently invited on podcasts and industry events to share her expertise. Over the past year, she was on Product Voices, Solvable, Lights On Data Show, Savvy Innovators, Tech in Motion, and VoiceAmerica. She also presented on Product Ideation at WAI Hackathon, was the keynote speaker for Teens in AI Hackathon, and more.
