Be a Legend is an award winning leadership & sales coaching, consulting & digital marketing agency for Excellence, Innovation & Community Stewardship! We provide services to enhance leadership performance through our neuroscience programs and offer an extensive workshop program and coaching for leaders and sales teams across the country & internationally.

History & Past Performance: Be a Legend started as a coaching business that transformed into a digital marketing agency after realizing so many businesses needed expert help with designing, developing & implementing strategic marketing plans to help their businesses grow. Upon the growth of the marketing side of Be a Legend, our CEO, realized there was also a huge need to help train, gain, & engage employees in organizations to create a culture that will be a significant part of its success. We enhance leadership performance through dedicated workshops, backed by neuroscience, that coach how to lead through adversity, make better decisions, adapt communication styles to suit the needs of others, teach strength based leadership, & educate on emotional intelligence to better manage teams. We facilitate creating a culture that ensures everyone feels listened to & on the ‘same page’, to ensure the success of the whole company.

Lara Jones, Founder & CEO, realized that with her Bachelor’s in Psychology, Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, neuroscience training and expertise in coaching, being a Pro Athlete, experience of 20+ years of sales and marketing expertise, helping companies grow from start ups to tens of multiple millions of dollars, and working with Veterans who have suffered with PTSD and traumatic brain injuries, she realized as the leader of Be a Legend, she is in a unique position to help companies with business strategy, culture, employee retention, employee attraction, enhancing leadership performance, aligning marketing and sales, along with much more. Lara built a leadership program incorporating workshops that focus on delivering strategic tools that directly impact the development of leaders, mindset of leaders & teams, improving communication throughout organizations by her unique “iMA” training & aligning company culture. She has combined her near death experience, the trauma and grief of losing her youngest son, her own PTSD diagnosis, her psychology education, neuroscience training, along with her business and leadership excellence, to teach the inclusion of such individuals and educate leadership teams to better integrate individuals from all backgrounds to work together and identify solutions to problems in a unique manner (please see multiple links to various thought leader posts with large engagement on LinkedIn). Through Lara being vulnerable with her own story, combining her psychology and neuroscience expertise and being able to help others see a terrible situation as a positive and pull good from it, using hidden disabilities as a weapon for good, has helped many leaders transform the way they focus on problems or areas they feel ‘stuck’ with their own teams or own individual situations.
