Our company aims to improve the lives of auto repair shop owners by bringing modern software innovations to their underserved markets, helping to support and grow their businesses. AutoLeap's leadership team consists of repeat CEOs, EY Entrepreneurs of the Year, and industry leaders with experience in management consulting and investment banking.  AutoLeap's software provides customers with comprehensive digital tools, including those that have brought them new five-star online customer reviews, rapid one-year revenue increases, increased technician efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction. The company's unique customer-focused approach and company culture have enabled it to employ over 100 people since its inception, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for its employees.

In March 2022, we reached a significant milestone by creating over 100 employment opportunities.

    We pride ourselves on fostering a workplace culture that our employees highly value, as demonstrated by our exceptional 4.8-star rating on Glassdoor based on over 90 reviews. Additionally, our dedication to providing exceptional customer service has earned us an impressive 4.9-star rating on Capterra, based on feedback from more than 215 users.

    Our team has grown substantially, with our headcount increasing from 8 to over 100 employees, including a dedicated customer experience team that has doubled from 21 to 40 members in just 12 months.
