Aspire Systems is one of the leading global technology services providers. We began our journey in 1996 with product engineering. Identifying the scope for software as a service, we were one of the pioneers to adopt the offshore-onsite model in the US. We began our outsourcing operations in California in 2004. We set up our second office in Chicago in 2008 and a development center in Dallas in 2012. We established an office in San Jose close to Silicon Valley as well as sales centers in Arizona, New Jersey, and Los Angeles, making our presence felt throughout client locations.
We have a strong nearshore presence in Poland and Mexico and serve as a trusted partner for more than 250 customers in the US, LATAM, Europe, UK, Middle East, India, and APAC. We are a CMMI Level 3 certified organization with over 4,900+ employees globally and 250 in the US region.
We deliver holistic services across industry verticals such as Independent Software Vendors, Retail, BFS, and Insurance. Our prowess lies in Software Engineering, Digital Services, Testing, Data & Analytics, and Infrastructure & Application Support. We are moving steadily towards our next milestone of USD 200 million by 2023.

- We started our Insurance practice in the US region in 2021 and rapidly expanded it to a double-digit revenue vertical.
- There was significant growth in the number of strategic accounts, and we were able to scale up our growth rate. We added over ten logos to our account last year. Some of these clients are among the largest retail chains in the US.
- Simultaneously, we signed single large deals in 2021-22 and closed two major contracts at $2.5mil and $4.5mil.
- The pandemic had a massive impact on every sector, especially Retail. As a quick response, we promptly moved to remote working and continued to support our clients. Though there were initial setbacks, we bounced back soon.
- Despite the remote working scenario, we delivered a critical cloud migration project for a K12 company in the US within the deadline. The acquisition of an emerging software company, RapidValue, added people and technology strength to Aspire during this period.
- For better customer experience, we have strengthened our critical domain practices and established robust strategic alliances with partners such as Temenos.
- Our innovative Talent Acquisition strategies helped us build and sustain a team of talented Aspirians who are driving our Mission 200.X.

The increasing number of global clients speaks volumes of our domain expertise. We are now a 250-member strong workforce functioning from various states in the US. Some things we did differently when compared to past performance:
- At an organizational level, we aligned our people strategy with Aspire’s business goals.
- We were able to retain 100% of our customers in the tough market condition without the challenges of attrition and delivery quality that our contemporaries were facing.
- There was considerable growth in our Business Development team and we recorded the highest new sales performance by the company during this time.
- We adopted industry best practices and insights from benchmarking to strengthen our organic hiring strategy.
- We also added more talent to our teams inorganically via acquisitions. All the acquired companies were technologically strong and had an excellent talent pool.
- We established structured training & development programs for employees.
- We have put together several policies and benefits to help our people lead happy and secure lives.
