    The 15Five Mobile App is helping to solve the problem of low performance and engagement, and the feeling of disconnection and lack of trust between managers and employees in a hybrid/remote work world. With brilliant design and ease of use for employees and managers, employees provide quick insights into how they are feeling in a weekly check-in, provide updates on key objectives, and give recognition to peers. Managers use that information to inform 1-on-1 meetings facilitated through the app. 
    HR leaders are able to view data on employee sentiment and completion of key objectives across the organization. They are also able to kick-off performance reviews, with employees and managers entering responses within the app. Because responses to weekly check-ins, wins, and data on the completion of weekly priorities and quarterly objectives are stored in the app, reviews in 15Five are easier to complete and more fair and unbiased. All of this makes an HR leader's job easier and helps them drive outcomes like improved employee engagement, performance, and retention. 
    15Five's app has a 4.7 star rating, with over 5,300 reviews in Apple's App Store, making it top of the performance management category.
