Mike Lewis deserves to the top choice for Best Customer Service Executive of the
year because of the sheer scope of his management duties as Director of National
Service Management for 1-800-GeeksOnTime, one of the fastest growing IT and
technology support companies in the United States.
 
1-800-GeeksOnTime manages more than 1500 incidents of service a month and it
requires a strong team of service managers to supervise them, and ensure
customers receive more than the service they desire. The entire team is lead by
Mike who manages schedules, quality control, supervises the customer service
and technician support. All of those elements come together towards creating a
dependable, accountable and pleasurable service experience in an industry in
which customers are almost always facing frustration of one sort or another. Mike
is the one individual who coordinates the whole picture and makes the company
look good even in times of stress or upset.
 
Mike brings a wealth of academic, entrepreneurial, and technical experience to his

Mike Lewis joined 1-800-GeeksOnTime as Head of National Service Management a successful business owner and technology educator with more than 20 years of
extensive experience.  As co-founder/CEO of A.S.A.P. Computer Consulting, he
developed the largest IT Services business in Southern Oregon.  With degrees in
Computer Science and Business Management and certifications that include
MOUS and Novell CNA, coupled with his years experience working with the US
Military, Department of Labor, and Department of Defense.  He has been a
Professor at the University of Alaska and an Instructor with Rogue Community
College, the Small Business Development Center.
