    Yuksekbilgili Egitim ve Danismanlik, established in 2016 and founded by Dr Zeki Yuksekbilgili, is one of Turkey's most significant training and consulting companies. The company gave training and consulting services to nearly 80% of Turkey's most prominent organizations. With more than 100 training subjects, the company managed to train more than 50.000 participants online and offline. The company managed to answer more than 2500 customer demands in 2023.

    Yuksekbilgili has no formal customer service. All the employees, from the secretaries to trainers and then to the general manager, reply to customers' calls by mail and telephone. The informal customer service team managed to answer 2516 customer inquiries in 2023 with a satisfaction score of 85,45. The customer inquiries were about the pricing and organization of 423 trainings on 51 different subjects, pricing, progress and reporting of 19 consulting services and two online summits (9th Corporate Academies Summit 2023, 1st Diversity Equality and Inclusion Summit) at which each had ten speakers and more than 200 participants. A total of 7 people handled all calls and emails.

    In 2023, Yuksekbilgili managed a 25% increase in customers and a 59% rise in inquiries from these customers; also, the company has performed 2 summits. The company focus extended to evolving the support staff. Instead of enlarging a specific customer service department, the company created an informal customer service derived from the current employees of all levels. The CSAT score has been measured as 85,45 (the national benchmark is 72 in Turkiye for business services), and the CSAT score of the previous year was 71,20. The average number of replies per working day for 2023 was 10,06, 54% higher than the last year. Also, the company rebalanced workloads to better align with employees' individual skills. The average number of inquiries per employee was measured as 359,30. A total of 2515 inquiries were all replied to by seven employees.
