We'd like to submit a nomination for Mehul Agarwal, WinWire's Director of Strategic accounts who's part of our business development team based out of our headquarters in Santa Clara, California. Mehul is a Customer Success, Business Development and Marketing expert working with both users and creators of technologies to achieve their Engineering & Technology goals.

His business development efforts have led to several successful new customer acquisitions, several enterprises level account growth to multiyear multi million dollars partnerships. His problem-solving skills while sitting in between the partner, customer and the solutions delivery team and making sure that the ball is moving is incredibly valuable, Some of his achievements:

-Successful channel partnership with Microsoft around IoT, Chatbots, Database technologies, Cloud Computing that has led to client acquisitions of significant prominence like Applied Materials. He has also been successful in growing those account to over $750K in between 2017-18 which is the first year alone combined net new revenue of over $7 Mil.
-In the past he built the largest customer account in the history of Xoriant from ground up generating over $45 Mil in revenues in over 3 years
-Successful in growing accounts like Gilead life sciences adding another $2 Mil in one year alone winning contracts by competing against very large playerslikeAccenture, Cognizant and TCS.
-Helping in coming up and structuring Regulatory Management solution which is a huge innovation for the company and Industry
-establishing partnerships with Microsoft national healthcare team to partner around healthcare, life sciences and medical devices space and coming up with solutions like Regulatory Management systems to 360-degree partnerships with clients
-As part of the healthcare, life sciences and medical devices new customer logo added like genomic health and expanded the presence at clients like Omnicell
-Setting up partnerships and alliances with new partners like Outsystems, Tableau to better align with new and existing clients goals and vision
-Numerous Proof of concepts and ideation roadmaps in the newer technologies like Artificial intelligence, Machine learning
-Written several articles on Sales, Business Development to help the communities on websites like ThriveGlobal, TechCircle,e27
-Mentoring startups to help them with business development efforts as part of numerous prestigious accelerators like Startupbootcamp, Laudato Si' Challenge, Alchemist accelerator, JIL
-Helping community of immigrants in the U.S for acquiring business development skills that leads to landing jobs
-Spoken at number of conferences on topics like partner marketing, account-based marketing and strategic alliances at events like SIIA Codie in San Francisco
-Also speaking at High schools like Woodside high school around some of the business development and tech topics

Overcoming obstacles like being a niche payer and client boxing the company as a specific tech solution provider, Mehul was able to reposition and assured that we can do more than Microsoft related projects and expanded into areas like Salesforce, ServiceNow amongst many other areas. He was even able to convince the team internally to make sure of a win-winenvironment.

All in all Mehul has been instrumental in growth of WinWire to a great degree between 2017-2018 by adding net new revenue of over $5 Mil. He also managed a large revenue set of over 10 Mil existing revenue all this while also adding value to the community by sharing his views on business development areas. He has also successfully managed to structure several newer partnerships to foster a win-win scenario of WinWire, clients and partners. Mehul is a passionate individual, his ability to innovate in as small as the way wecommunicate to coming up with a tech solution iscommendable.
