Simply put, we help global brands unlock revenue through inbound and outbound sales, lead generation, BDR/SDR, cross-sell, up-sell, winback, retention, subscription renewals, and account management programs.

    ·       Unique Conversion Rate Performance: The industry average for chat sales conversion rates is typically between 2-5%. Our team exceeded this benchmark [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] in just 30 days, nearly three times higher than the client’s goal. Today we average around 16%.
