Jamie has been a significant contributor to the West team brining in over $1.45B in sales during her tenure at Voya, She received an award in 2018 for RVP of the year with production of $209M in new assets, She is a leader who is quick to share sales ideas and bring up important issues that affect sales, As a leader, she doesn’t only mention the issues, she also thinks though the current obstacles and has ideas on how to resolve them. Jamie has also been a mentor for many new hires that have joined Voya. She is quick to share her approach to sales and her industry knowledge.

Jamie is on track this year to produce 200% of her new business asset goal. In addition to achieving these impressive sales numbers, she has also helped continue to keep our San Diego territory on track for new sales as a result of a prior Wholesaler vacancy, It has been no easy task for her to manage our Orange County and San Diego territories, Jamie has done so flawlessly as new sales continue to come in for both regions and our distribution partner’s trust in Voya for both of those regions remains at an all-time high.

Jamie will produce 250% of what an average sales representative does this year, Jamie accomplished these stellar results while also enduring some extremely challenging times in her personal life as both a mother and wife, She has her daily ups and downs like all of us do, but she continues to push forward with a great attitude and can-do spirit, I am very proud of what Jamie has been able to accomplish and I wish the best for her and her family, Jamie is very deserving of this nomination, Thank you for your consideration.
