    Jaslyn was a recipient of the semiannual Leading with Purpose Award that recognizes employees who exemplify Voya’s Purpose by making a positive impact in the lives of their customers, colleagues and communities.

    Throughout her day Jaslyn provides a positive, memorable customer experience, which has been echoed by countless customer feedback comments.  She supports her peers, while openly sharing growth opportunities for the contact center to innovate.  This led to Jaslyn being selected to pilot our Chat Assist Program, which supports CSAs in the moment on member escalations.  She brings a considered and thoughtful approach to assisting others and is equally willing to learn.

    Jaslyn Fitz joined Voya in March 2022 supporting our Government Market as a Customer Service Associate (CSA). Since her first day at Voya, Jaslyn has showcased a growth mindset.  She initially focused on understanding and perfecting her role; then working to exceed all performance expectations.  Jaslyn continued to grow by focusing on supporting and nurturing others through the sharing of "Best practices".   Jasyln is an integral part of our team, and her dedication and commitment to her work have been nothing short of exceptional.  Within a short period of time, she was promoted to a Senior CSA.

    Jaslyn was recently selected to cross-train and support a different part of the business; she quickly learned the new business and excelled.  In addition, Jaslyn supports a variety of special projects, teams, On the Job Coaching and New Hire Mentorship, while continuing to exceed in her performance.  Jaslyn was recently selected to conduct a live customer experience call with several Senior leaders in the organization to provide “A Day in the life of a CSA” as she represents Voya.  Jaslyn has received a myriad of awards and recognition during her tenure, to include the Star bonus recipient, and the Leading with Purpose nomination, which recognizes employees who exemplify Voya’s Purpose by making a positive impact in the lives of their customers, colleagues, and communities.  With amazing performance, projects, recognition and honors, Jaslyn continues to show grace. She is seen as a subject matter expert and role model by her peers and leaders, with a “We are the we” attitude.  Jaslyn sets the stage for the growth and standard of exceptional customer service.  [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION]
