Another case study includes the use of a video message when connecting with your target buyer on LinkedIn. 157 leaders received the video, 85 clicked on the video. Video Sales Mastery is an 8-week virtual-instructor-led training program that shows sales teams how to make irresistible sales videos designed to engage prospects, generate more sales meetings, and increase sales conversion rates.

During the 6-week implementation program, we work with a client’s sales enablement and leadership to understand the individual buyer persona and pain. Then we custom write three sales scripts out of 16 sales uses cases, including prospecting video messages, video auto signature and welcome messages for a new LinkedIn connection.

There are 6-phases to the video sales mastery training, and they are:

2. Product – Specific product training to create and send videos

3. Irresistible – Designed to teach students learn non-verbal and verbal cues and make them irresistible

4. Scripts – Sellers learn how to create a script for use with a teleprompter to solicit a response from a buyer for up to 16 uses cases

5. Recording – Show sellers the right way to position themselves for the recording
