As a procuremet platform, Turkcell Market is positioned as a unique example in the sector in Turkey with its user and interface experience designed with the B2B e-commerce user experience in mind, workflows developed for the needs of sales channels and suppliers, and personalized processes. In all workflows, it stands out not only with functionality, but also with visual design, product recommendation, marketing and personalized areas.
In addition to the fact that there is no competing supply platform in the sector in this scope and content, a personalized, smart, easy and fast shopping process in which instant on hand stock quantity information is integrated into the procurement process, which we specified in our "Shopping with On Hand Stock Information" project, is also offered to Turkcell sales channels as a workflow specific to Turkcell Market.
Additionally, the decision-making, screen and transaction steps in the procurement process of Turkcell sales channels were shortened by 21% through our project, which was an important gain in terms of efficiency. Shortening the screen steps also shortens the training and adaptation processes in the sector with a high turnover rate.
