    An illustrative example of the success of SOTI XSight can be found in its implementation at Trek Bicycle Corporation (Trek), where it significantly transformed its operational landscape. Most notably, it greatly enhanced Trek’s device visibility, enabling real-time tracking of device location, usage and health. With the implementation of SOTI, Trek saw 15-20% time savings on new employee onboarding. This newfound level of transparency resulted in heightened productivity, streamlined issue resolution and a notable reduction in operational downtime. The capacity to monitor and address device issues in real-time allowed Trek to maintain uninterrupted operations, minimizing disruptions.
