Seismic is the global leader in sales enablement, equipping sales teams with the knowledge, messaging, and automatically personalized content proven to be the most effective for any buyer interaction. With sellers spending 30 hours a month searching for and creating sales materials, Seismic’s recent innovations allows for sellers to stop spending time searching for content and focus on the important tasks of selling to create a considerably more personalized experience for the client. While Seismic has been recognized as the leading solution in the industry for at least the past three years, the platform has undergone a major set of product innovations over the past 18 months to maintain a comfortable lead over competitive solutions.

One major focus of these product upgrades has been infusing the technology with artificial intelligence. Seismic partnered with Microsoft to increase sales productivity by integrating Microsoft AI and search across the entire platform, with Seismic being named Microsoft US Partner of the Year for this integration. The updated search functionality in the product also now incorporates AI technologies from Google and IBM in areas such as image and video recognition algorithms. Seismic also recently acquired Zensight, an artificial intelligence platform designed to find qualified prospects, recommend the right messaging, and uncover insight into sales performance.

Beyond AI enhancements, Seismic has new and improved integrations with major impacts on the product. Seismic WorkSpace can now be powered by Salesforce opportunity data, automatically creating content folders and bringing in the right people to add new layers of intelligence and efficiency to marketing and sales content collaboration and collection.

These improvements culminate in the award-winning HomePage, honored with the BIG Innovation Award. Launched in August 2018, HomePage is a situationally aware homepage that spotlights relevant information for each individual seller and recommends next steps based on what is likely to help them engage their unique set of buyers. The new Seismic HomePage analyzes each seller’s unique activities, opportunities, and preferences and then offers personalized recommended next steps and actions to take, maximizing productivity in both preparing for and engaging in buyer interactions. The product feature is also mobile responsive.

Homepage has been incredibly well-received, both by industry analysts and our customers. Seismic was named a Leader by Forrester Research in The Forrester Wave™: Sales Enablement Automation Platforms, Q3 2018. The report states that Seismic is an ideal fit for enterprises that seek a “best-in-class solution” and received the top score in both the Current Offering and Strategy categories. Just last month, Seismic was named a Leader in Aragon Research’s Globe for Sales Engagement Platforms for the third second consecutive year. Seismic was also named a Cool Vendor by Gartner—the only sales enablement vendor to ever receive that recognition — and Seismic is currently #1 on user review site G2 Crowd for sales enablement platforms. Sales and retention figures reflect satisfaction with Seismic as well – in October, Seismic announced 109 percent year over year organic growth in the recurring revenue base to end the third quarter, coupled with over year 97 percent gross retention to end the third quarter of 2018.

Most important is the impact that the product improvements are having for our customers. A leading life sciences companyhas over 8,000 files in one place, replacing dozens of repositories with a single source of truth. A major financial planning firm won the Best Content Personalization Strategy award at the Gramercy Institute Financial Marketing Strategy Awards, decreasing content development time by 60%. A prominent visual media company was featured in a recent Gartner report for their use of Seismic, where saw a 33% - 50% decrease in the length of the sales cycle, coupled with a 14% increase in average deal size.
