"My Business" is an internal product of Sberbank designed to organize interaction and service for corporate clients in the segments of medium and large business. The system is built using ML-models, AI-algorithms and integration with the bank's key business systems.

It is a comprehensive IT solution to implement our company’s core strategy.

The service is aimed at supporting the development of our business and the success of our clients.

The IT solution is focused on the broad credentials of our employees and automates their main functionalities. This ensures transparent control over all business processes, increases sales and improves the quality of customer service.

As a result, this service allows us to create a unified quality standard for support of the transaction process and regular management of bank employees.

We now offer our clients a range of tools and services that satisfy their immediate needs and allow them to reach a new level of business development.

Core functionality of the Product:

– Automatic formation a strategy of interaction with each client, based on analysis needs and plans of developing using AI-algorithms

– ML-algorithm helping identify parts of holdings for optimal structure of transactions and communication with the client

As a result we managed to develop a system of new generation, in which the optimal path of a client manager is determined by Big Data analytics. Thanks to "My Business", we began to better understand cash flows and points of influence, and based on the data obtained from the system, we form the best proposals for the development of our clients' business.
