Orion Wiseman serves as Vice President of Information Services at Sales Partnerships, Inc. (SPI) and leads sales operations. Sales Partnerships (SPI) is a leader in field sales outsourcing representing the world’s largest brands. We have won dozens of global awards and been recognized in national media - many of those accolades are due to Orion’s work.
Orion has served with SPI since 2005 working his way up from IT manager to VP of IS. Combining a background in technical sales and IS design and management, he has a unique perspective for how sales and technology interact that has helped SPI become an industry leader.
His accreditations and certifications range from database systems and design to Six Sigma to sales certifications. His broad experience allows him to lead SPI’s technology team ranging from analytics to programming and design to technical support. Orion has led a team that has won prior awards (including gold Stevies) tied to innovation and technology.

Orion spearheaded and created our ops team’s development and implementation of several important projects.
We were challenged with implementing a territory management solution able to handle working 4 million prospects face to face with target lists changing by as much as 10,000 records every day. The solution had to be able to rebuild territories daily without disrupting sales rep activity. His ideas were the core behind what we successfully deployed for the second largest SMB field sales campaign in US history (second only to AT&T’s sales efforts during telephone deregulation.)
During the same period, we launched a flipped learning solution combining computer based training with live virtual training making us the first major BPO company to have done such a deployment. This was completed 2 months ahead of schedule and at 75% of the targeted budget.
Finally, he led the redesign of systems integration allowing recruiting data to directly flow into our training solution for immediate tagging and deployment of training modules based on weaknesses assessed during hiring.

Orion stepped beyond the role of a traditional operations leader and used his sales background to help create solutions for the company that others may have missed.
His ideas and leadership to redesign our territory management solution created $100M in client revenue just in 2023. The same sales operations leadership helped lead the team to achieving 105% over pre-Covid-19 quotas. By comparison, of our clientele’s thousands of partners and internal sales teams – no other team came within 20% of meeting quota.
His work to ensure completion of our new training platform and its integration with our recruiting solutions enabled us to increase the size of our recruiting pool dramatically. By making the systems more able to support new to sales individuals, we were able to add an additional 40 reps to our organization accounting for more than $500,00 in revenue in 2023.
His accomplishments were done without losing sight of day-to-day priorities with Information Services, Finance, and Sales Support all answering to him.
