Every attendee that is joining the Virtual Ceremony in Swapcard must fill out this form. Once we collect your information, you will receive an email invitation within 48 hours with a link to set up your Swapcard profile (the platform will open on/around April 11, all email invitations will be sent after this date). Your profile allows you to upload photos, have access to the virtual red carpet, add links to your website and social media, share contact info, network with other attendees, watch the virtual ceremony, and more. Please complete this form by May 6, 2022 to ensure that you are added into the Swapcard platform.
